24-hour ration packs

Only two days to go so we're cooking and freezing enough dishes to last us the first few days when we return from hospital. We have a bucket of carrot and coriander soup, two meals each of Hungarian beef goulash, baked chicken with paprika decided on a roast chicken instead, babi pongteh (Nyonya pork curry) and enough spicy tomato sauce to prepare two pasta dishes, a baked fish and a baked chicken. Ten meals might even last us until Sandy's family arrives ... then it's Chinese food for a month.
